Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information ZerothIndex Technologies ("we", "us") collects when you visit zerothindex.co or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact and enquiry forms. Our forms collect your name, phone number or email, company (staffing enquiries), what you need, and your message. When you press send, the form opens WhatsApp with these details filled in. Nothing is sent to us until you send that WhatsApp message yourself, and the website does not store your form entries.
• WhatsApp, phone and email. When you message, call or email us, we receive your phone number or email address, your name if you share it, and what you write to us.
• Training and staffing enquiries. If you apply for training or share a hiring requirement, we may receive details such as your education, experience or resume, or your company's role requirements.

Information collected automatically

• Meta Pixel. Our website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). It uses cookies and similar technology to record visits and actions on our site, so we can measure our ads and show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may combine this with information it already has about you under its own privacy policy.
• Google Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
• Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps basic logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running.

2. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote.
• To deliver projects, staffing services or training you've signed up for.
• To send invoices and project updates.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with services we use to run our business, such as WhatsApp and Meta, Google, our email provider and our hosting provider, and only as needed for the purposes above. For staffing, we share a candidate's profile with a hiring company only with the candidate's permission. We may also share information if the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and project, billing and training records for as long as needed for the service and for legal and tax purposes. After that we delete them.

5. Your rights and choices

• You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
• You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example by asking us to stop contacting you.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

6. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or messaging service is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as passwords or bank details through our forms.

7. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 18. If you are under 18 and want to join our training, please contact us with a parent or guardian.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
